I recently purchased a new home, and If there were questions or concerns during the process, she responded in a timely manner and was always helpful. She is a hard worker and always on the ball - she is organized, and kept me up to date on everything. She helped with the loan, escrow office, HOA office, building inspector, handyman, insurance, etc. Her referrals - particularly the loan officer - were all excellent as well, and this is really important! Most importantly, she understood exactly what I was looking for in a home, and because of her expertise, I completely trusted her opinion on the home, the neighborhood, all aspects of making the offer, etc. Shelly is a lovely person, and my family and I were very fortunate to have her for our agent."
